Booking Procedure

All the bookings are crafted and handled by Titlyy – The Travel Company by email / telephone or via our website. The quoted program generally includes costs for services like hotels, airport transfers, land transportation, guide and sightseeing, meals etc. This is mentioned as ‘Inclusions’ in the quoted program. This differs in every tour and you should always refer to your customized tour inclusions section for details.

Once you agree to the quoted program with final prices and customized tour itinerary according to your specifications, an invoice (Total Tour value) will be raised with your travel details. Minimum deposit of 50% (fifty percent) of the total tour value is required for various reservations such as hotel bookings, flight and train ticket bookings.

The balance amount is payable 30 days prior to tour start date. In case your travel is within 30 days of the tour start date, 100% tour value deposit is required to confirm all the bookings.


The deposit must be paid by international bank transfers or credit-card payment online via our bank’s payment portal within 5 working days from the day you have agreed to travel on the quoted program.

We pre-book your first choice of hotel in each destination (subject to availability); these pre-bookings are generally valid for 8 days. Flight and rail availability is also limited on many of the popular sectors in India and tickets can only be confirmed with payment in full. We kindly request that you pay the 50% deposit quickly so as to give us the best chance of confirming your first choice of hotels and transport sectors.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests (for example allowances requirements, bed or room location), please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the further but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.


Any prices quotations on this site are subject to change without notification. All prices are quoted on a 'from' basis and are subject to availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs. Therefore;-

  • Before 45days prior to arrival – No cancellation charges (Except Bank Charges [USD 70], Booking fee [USD 60 per person], Airfare Cancellation, and Train tickets.)
  • Before 30days prior to arrival – 20%cancellation of the total tour value
  • Before 15days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation of the total tour value
  • Before 7days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation charges.

  • * Cancellations should be always sent by email. Actual cancellation charges may differ case to case basis and depend upon the policy of hotels, transporters, guides and other principals involved in the tour plan.

    * Under situations where flights and trains get canceled / delayed / rescheduled due to bad weather conditions or other problems like strikes , natural calamities etc., we will discuss with you and advice you on alternate plan.

    * Incase changes are made while on tour, we would be charging for all new services and hotels as per the new tour plan.

    On the basis of cancelation policy, refunds would be made within 10 to 15 days. No refund will be made for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature.

    Passports and Visa

    Valid passports and Visas are required for travel to the destination India. Please note passport must be valid for six months and you should have sufficient blank pages for visas and immigrations stamps. It is solely your responsibility and must be arranged well in time prior to departure. The Company cannot be held responsible if you are unable to travel due to not being able to obtain the appropriate visa and we reserve the right to retain the cost of the trip. A copy of valid passport must be submitted to the company at the time of the payment in order to confirm air reservation.


    We recommend clients taking Comprehensive Travel Insurance at their cost covering all risks.


    Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel. We can provide general information about any health formalities required for your trip but you should check with your own doctor for your specific condition. Titlyy Travels are not responsible for any costs or losses suffered by you.

    Lost & Theft Property

    It is the passenger's responsibility to keep their property / valuable goods and valuables safe at all times. If an item has been left at the hotel or restaurant, etc., the passenger can contact to the concerned persons and provide them with their home address along with few details so the hotel / restaurant / supplier can arrange for the items to be returned to their home address.

    Titlyy Travels will take no responsibility for retrieving any items of lost property & theft on behalf of a passenger, in line with company policy, safety and law. Titlyy Travels will also not take responsibility in reclaiming any belongings from third-party suppliers.

    Social media

    Any information (including your social media user details, feedback, comments and photos) you post on our social media channel or any forum which relates to us like Facebook, Instagram, Google plus and any third party review website.

    Incident Responsibility

    The Titlyy Travels will use all due care for the principle of its services and activities provided to guests. No liability or amenableness is accepted by the Company for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any activities or provision of any services howsoever suffered, The Company will no longer be liable for direct or indirect losses, arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss accident, or expense including serious loss or economic loss however caused.
