Tour Details

Day 1 - Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival at the Delhi International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Delhi is India’s capital and a major gateway to the country. You will have free time on your own to adjust to the new time zone. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2 - In Delhi

After breakfast, head out for the full day sightseeing. The tour begins in Old Delhi with Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in Asia and then takes a glance at the unique local life on an exploration to the bustling and colorful bazaars of Chandni Chowk bycycle rickshaw. Drive by the Red Fort before visiting Humayun’s Tomb. Continue with a drive around to explore the landmarks of New Delhi including India Gate, President's House, Parliament House & Government Secretariat Buildings and stop for photo opportunity there. If time permits, visit the National Museum or head out to Qutab Minar or the Lotus temple. An ideal place for meditation, this Bahai House of worship is open to people of all religions. Overnight will be in Delhi.

Day 3 - Delhi to Amritsar By flight

As per your flight timings, you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight to Amritsar. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel. In the early evening proceed to Wagha Border to visit the Indo-Pakistan border closing ceremony. A boisterous affair with great pomp which takes place amidst dancing and celebrations. Overnight will be at Amritsar.

Day 4 - In Amritsar

An early morning visit to magnificent The Golden Temple which is also known as “Harminder Sahib” and is the spiritual nerve center of the Sikh faith. Afterwards visit The Jallianwala Bagh, which commemorates the innocent victims of a massacre by British forces. Later in the evening relax or go for walking tour of the old city and local markets. Amritsar is also famous for its street food, which is well worth trying. Overnight will be at Amritsar.

Day 5 - Amritsar to Agra via Delhi By road 200kms / 4hrs

An early start for the transfer to the railway station to board the train to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, drive to Agra. En route, an optional visit can be made at the ITMAD-UD-ULLAH – often called the Baby Taj - the interiors of which are considered better than the Taj Mahal itself. Later in the evening, relax at the hotel. Overnight will be at Agra.

Day 6 - Agra to Jaipur By road 232kms / 6hrs

Enjoy an early morning visit to breathtaking Taj-Mahal. We recommend getting up early to ensure the best viewings. Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. You will then visit the magnificent Red Fort of Agra before continuing onto Jaipur via the Chand Baori Stepwell at Abhaneri. Reach the capitol city of the desert state of Rajasthan and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight will be at Jaipur.

Day 7 - In Jaipur

After a leisurely breakfast, start your guided tour of Jaipur which includes visit to Amber Fort (with a jeep ride up to the fort entrance) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of the winds). Later visit the City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar (Observatory).

Day 8 - Jaipur to Delhi By road 240kms / 6hrs

After breakfast, drive to Delhi and as per your flight timings, you will be transferred to the airport to take flight back home with sweet memories of the tour. TOUR ENDS!
