Rajasthan is a treasure trove of history and one can spend years trying to unearth its hidden gems. The trip will unravel the treasures of Rajasthan’s royalty and heritage in a couple of weeks.

The trip begins with one of the most historic capital city in the world – New Delhi moving to the world famous Taj-Mahal in Agra. The tour covers some of the majestic Rajasthan’s unexplored jewels such as Ramathra, Bhainsorgarh and Shahpura having magnificent forts, opulent palaces, and rich heritage. Away from the hustle-bustle of big cities, these off-beat destinations will make you immerse yourself in world class luxury of boutique palaces offering breathtaking views of the country side. Guests can also opt for a unique and most authentic rural experience.

The trip also covers Tiger Safari in Ranthambore national park famous for its huge tiger population. The national park is also home to various species of birds and other wild animals such as leopard, hyenas, jackals, sloth bears, mangoose and spotted deer.

The trip will conclude in the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur famed for its pretty pink exteriors. Here, you can enjoy traditional Rajasthani cuisine and explore traditional colorful bazaars and decorated havelis of Jaipur.

  • Day 1 - Arrive Delhi

    Upon arrival at the Delhi International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Delhi is India’s capital and is a major gateway to the country.
    Today you will have some free time on your own to adjust to the new time zone. Overnight will be at Delhi.

    Day 2 - In Delhi

    After breakfast, leave for full day Delhi Sightseeing. The tour begins in Old Delhi with Jama Masjid and then a unique glance at local life by an exploration to the bustling local bazaar of Chandni Chowk on a rickshaw.
    Drive pass by Red Fort before driving to New Delhi for Qutub Minar and Humayun Tomb. Continue with Raj Ghat, drive along the city landmarks of India Gate, President's House, Parliament House & Government Secretariat Buildings and stop for photo opportunity there. If time permits, visit the National Museum and Lotus temple. An ideal place for meditation, this Bahai House of worship is open to people of all religions. Overnight will be at Delhi.

    Day 3 - Delhi to Agra By road 200kms / 4hrs

    After breakfast, drive to Agra. Before check-in to your hotel, stop at Baby Taj or the ITMAD-UD-ULLAH - the interiors of which are considered better than the Taj Nur Jahan. Later in the evening, proceed to visit the spectacular red sandstone Agra Fort, surrounded by a foursquare formal garden (Chahar-bagh) for glimpse for royal Mughal existence. Overnight will be at Agra.

    Day 4 - Agra to Jaipur By road 202kms / 4hrs

    Enjoy early morning visit to breathtaking Taj Mahal. Return for breakfast at the hotel.
    Later drive to magnificent hilltop fort-palace - Ramathra Fort which is approximately four-hour drive. Wonderfully remote, Ramathra is a small, personal family run fort hotel which also offers numerous excursions. In the evening enjoy boat ride on Lake Kalisil. Overnight will be at Ramathra.

    Day 5 - In Ramathra

    After breakfast, take a jeep safari to discover cave temples and forts on the edge of Chambal River Valley and in the afternoon spend some time exploring the local villages. Head back to the hotel and relax in the evening. Overnight will be at Ramathra.

    Day 6 - Ramathra to Ranthambore By road 70kms / 1hrs

    Enjoy leisurely breakfast at the hotel and later leave for Ranthambore. Rest of the day is at leisure, explore at your own pace or you could also visit the temple on the top of the fort. Overnight will be at Ranthambore.

    Day 7 - In Ranthambore

    Early morning, leave for Safari in Ranthambore National Park to catch the sight of elusive tiger and many more wildlife species. Return to the hotel for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon enjoy another safari to the National Park. Overnight will be at Ranthambore.

    Day 8 - Ranthambore to Bhainsrorgarh By road 195 kms / 5hrs

    After breakfast, drive to breathtaking Bhainsrorgarh fort enroute exploring rural village of Bundi. Reach Bhainsrorgarh by the evening and transfer to the hotel. Overnight will be at Bhainsrorgarh.

    Day 9 - In Bhainsrorgarh

    Visit the temple in Bhainsrorgarh built in 9th century. Rest of the day is free to explore nearby local villages and the rural beauty or just relax in the hotel while admiring the sublime landscapes. Overnight will be at Bhainsrorgarh.

    Day 10 - Bhainsrorgarh to Shahpura By road 363 kms / 6hrs

    After breakfast, drive to Shahpura, formerly the summer home of rulers of the Shahpura. Reach Shahpura and transfer to the hotel. Evening is free to go for excursion to countryside to explore unique surroundings. Overnight will be at Shahpura.

    Day 11 - In Shahpura

    Day is free to explore the village of Shahpura and enjoy various rural activities. Rest of the day is at leisure. Optional visit to the step-well and exquisite temple nearby. Overnight will be at Shahpura.

    Day 12 - Shahpura to Jaipur By road 70kms / 2hrs

    After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Reach the largest city in the desert state of Rajasthan and rest of the day is at your own pace. Overnight will be at Jaipur.

    Day 13 - In Jaipur

    After a leisurely breakfast, start your guided tour of Jaipur which includes visit to Amber Fort (with a jeep ride or Elephant ride up to the fort entrance) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of the winds). Continue to visit the City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar. Drive pass through the pink rose residential and business areas before you head back to the hotel for an overnight.

    Day 14 - Jaipur to Delhi By road 240kms / 6hrs

    After breakfast, drive to Delhi and as per your flight timings, you will be transferred to the airport to take flight back home with sweet memories of the tour. TOUR ENDS!
